Motivational Factors and Variation by Age Band

What do you do when a new generation of employees, customers and clients have a different set of values to those you are used to? Do you try and turn these young people into your way of thinking? Do you learn from them? Do you change the way you do things? One thing is for sure we need to understand this new blood in order to communicate properly and harness vibrant new talent. This talk will discuss the differences in the working generations and explain how we can work together for optimum efficiency regardless of age. Both thought provoking and useful.

A regular presenter, Dr Lynda Shaw is a cognitive neuroscientist, registered chartered psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, a Fellow of the Professional Speakers Association and a Forbes contributor.
