Eric Anderegg, who graduated from the Global Entrepreneurship Program in 2016, has launched his own startup with fellow alumni of the GEP program: Tasko.

“Tasko is an online portal where businesses can outsource digital tasks. We’re on a mission to create thousands of sustainable freelance positions in emerging markets around the world!” – explains Eric.

“What makes our business innovative?

We are building a smart hybrid workforce where trained humans are assisted by the right software tools to master a broad range of digital tasks. We carefully select freelancers and provide them with tailor-made training. We learn from every single task that we get. This enables us to achieve higher efficiencies and process optimizations for specific tasks and workflows. From a user's perspective, it's the "ease of getting a task done" that makes Tasko innovative.”

Tasko is participating in Capgemini's InnovatorsRace50: a challenge that gives “A chance to put your early-stage business on the global map. 5 themes. 50 startups to be shortlisted. 5 winners to receive the Serge Kampf entrepreneurship and innovation award. Equity-free finding at $50,000.”

Tasko is part of the Digital processes & transformation category and the team needs more votes to ensure they will take part in the second round of the challenge. It will only take you 2 minutes to vote for them.
